Return Policy

Customers may return new, unopened products sold by PartAndFilters within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

 

General Policy

  1. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting us at Sales@partandfilters.com.
  2. PartAndFilters will not hold responsibility for any products returned without proper authorization. Products received without proper authorization will be refused.
  3. All returned products are subject to PartAndFilters's inspection. Only returned products in original/saleable condition at the time of receipt by PartAndFilters are eligible for refund.
  4. Refunds are for the cost of product only, do not include any return shipping cost and expense.
  5. Any or all returned products that are not in new saleable condition at the time of receipt by PartAndFilters will subject to a refurbishing charge of up to 50% of the product cost.
  6. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to PartAndFilters unless otherwise specified and documented by our customer service.
  7. If upon inspection product(s) is not deemed defective, the customer will incur the freight cost. Emailing customer service photos of the suspected defect can frequently prevent or reduce cost associated with product returns. It is our intent to be as fair as possible in these situations.
